Payments may be processed by a bank, payment provider, booking platform, or another third-party service. Art at the Table does not normally receive or store complete card details or online banking login information.

We do not sell personal information.

  • it is reasonably necessary to operate and improve Art at the Table

Providing dietary, allergy, or accessibility information is optional.

When you choose to share this information, we use it only to help organise the relevant event. Where necessary, we may share the minimum relevant information with the restaurant, venue, caterer, or another relevant event provider.

We do not use this information for unrelated purposes. It will normally be deleted when it is no longer needed after the event, unless it must be retained in connection with an incident, complaint, dispute, or legal obligation.

5. Photography and video

Photos and short videos may be taken during Art at the Table events for documentation and promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media.

Guests will be informed and may let us know if they prefer not to appear in identifiable content.

  • booking, RSVP, and payment services

  • restaurants, venues, caterers, and relevant event providers

Dietary, allergy and accessibility information is normally deleted after the relevant event. Financial and accounting records are kept for the period required by Dutch law.
